- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide janitorial service for the Kern River Ranger District, Lake Isabella Visitor Center Office. The Kern River Ranger District, Lake Isabella Visitor Center Office building is a 1-story building containing approximately 4,540 square feet. The building is located at 4875 Ponderosa Drive, Lake Isabella, California approximately 50 miles northeast of Bakersfield, California via State Highway 178.
