- Electronic copy of Plans Click on 'RFQ-10-10-064-REL.Duct Cleaning' to view the solicitation. THIS PROCUREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO 100% AMERICAN INDIAN/NATIVE AMERICAN OWNED BUSINESSES PURSUANT TO THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C. 47). The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to clean the supply and return ducts of Air Handling Unit 5 at the Crow Service Unit, PHS Indian Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of dirt, dust, plant, insect matter, etc., from the AHU 5 and all other associated ducts, vents, etc., as described in the plans and specifications. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions; 25 U.S.C. 47, the Buy Indian Act; and FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Service Contract.
