Description: Q: clarify whether or not this solicitation is open to agencies outside the US. With no drawings available, we would need to spec in engineering design/development time to spec out new drawings. Hopefully this will remain a US business only bid. Ans: see FAR 25.402 the Trade Aggrement waives the Buy American Act which specifies Canada among other countries.
