- Description
- This is a construction contract to provide and furnish all labor, equipment and transportation necessary to perform Roofing / Roofing Repairs and Related Work, Miscellaneous Buildings Various Army Installations, Oahu, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 20 August 2010. Proposal due date is 20 September 2010. Period of Performance: 1 November 2010 through 31 October 2011 with one option period from 1 November 2011 to 31 October 2012. This procurement is 100% SBA 8(a) Set Aside limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the SBA Hawaii District Office (HDO) and other 8(a) construction firms with a bona fide place of business within the geographical competitive area and with the assigned NAICS code. All other 8(a) BD Participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $14M NAICS 238160, Roofing Contractors Telephone requests will not be honored. Issued solicitation packages will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ (go to Contracting Opportunities Search, Select Contracting Office: ACA Fort Shafter, then Continue button). Interested offerors are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes.
