- Description
- The Theater Contracting Center (TCC) intends to award a firm fixed price order for the rental of 5 each special protected vehicles (W023). The vehicles are for overseas use and shall meet the applicable requirements of the German Strassen-Verkehreszulassungsordnung (StZVO)/general operating authorization (Allemeine Betriebserlaubnis) for Germany. Delivery destination is FOB Germany. Exact location for destination still to be determined. Rental is for a period of twelve months and shall start not later than 29 Sep 10. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13.5. The contractor is to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov. Request for Quotation (RFQ), No. W912CM-10-T-0333, will be issued on or about 23 Aug 10 with an anticipated closing date of on or about 30 Aug 10. A copy of the RFQ may be requested in writing from Ms. Rostock-Clements by email: ros.rostockclements@eur.army.mil. The subject line shall be the RFQ number.
