- ADDED: Site Showing Information: August 31, 2010 at 9:00 am CST at West Community Center, 205 Tokio Road, West, TEXAS 76691 USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for McLennan County, Part II, Texas. The project work includes adding additional rock riprap downstream of the existing rock riprap for slope protection and placing four rock wiers along the existing rockriprap for erosion protection. The project is for the bank protection on the Aquilla Creek off of Rogers Hill Road Northwest of Waco. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. CORRECTED: Price Range: $100,000 to $250,000
