- This announcement is to direct interested parties to a solicitation for the delivery of 100 lb propane tanks to the isle Royale National Park Headquarters in Houghton, MI. The solicitation and any amendments can be found at the DOI National Business Center and accessed by clicking on the links located on this page. The posted RFQ contains a description of the products, quantity, delivery, and applicable clauses. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE MADE USING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 424720. The size standard for this NAICS code is 100 employees or less, as determined by the Small Business Association (SBA). To be considered for award, your company must have a DUNs number and be registered on-line at the Contractor's Central Registration (CCR) @ https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/. You must also provide your small business status information under NAICS code 424720 at the On-line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) website @ https://orca.bpn.gov, or via the RFQ attachments. Your on-line ORCA registration will cover any/all of your offers to the Federal Government, and only needs updated annually. Please complete blocks 12, 17, and 30 of the SF Form 1449 and include pricing on pages 3-7. All amendments must also be read, signed and returned along with any product brochures via fax or email by the date specified in this announcement.
