Amendment 2 - 18 August 2010 - Correct Answer 1 of Amendment 1; Posting additional questions; inform of AFI changes. =============================================== Amendment 1 - (17 August 2010) - Questions answered. =============================================== Clarification: Two vehicles, solely dedicated to this contract are required. ================================================ The Solicitation number has changed from FA3020-10-R-0023 to FA3020-10-R-30. The PWS has been included with this Pre-Solicitation. ============================================= Solicitation: Airfield Management Services (AMS) at Sheppard AFB, TX. This requirement will be a 100 percent Service Disabled Veteran Owned Set-Aside. Written responses will be required for both the solicitation response, as well as written notice of your intent to attend our Site Visit (11 August 2010). NAICS CODE: 488119 Small Business Admin Threshold: $7,000,000.00 Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) will be employed within the evaluation of proposals. The performance period for this proposal is 1 October 2010 - 30 September 2011; to include 4 option years FY12, FY13, FY14, and FY15. All responders must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and registered in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) (see https://orca.bpn.gov/help/help.aspx, and https://www.bpn.gov/CCRSearch/Search.aspx for more information). Requirement Details: Provide professional, safe and effective Airfield Management Services (AMS) to the 82nd Training Wing (82 TRW), the 80th Flying Training Wing (80 FTW), the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program (ENJJPT), Sheppard Air Force Base (SAFB), and the USAF leased properties of Frederick regional airport (KDFR). The airfield and Airfield Management facility are the focal points of SAFB for many distinguished visitors (DVs) and foreign dignitaries. Both SAFB and USAF leased properties at Frederick regional airport must be properly maintained, examined and inspected to guarantee military and civilian customers safe operating environments.
