Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Warfighter Performance Department of the Naval Health Research Center has the need for: (1) development and refinement of behavioral observation metrics for assessing performance during infantry immersive training. (2) bio-marker analysis via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) or enzyme immunoassay (EIA). (3) correlation of bio-markers with indicators of performance during simulated combat training.
