- Draft Performance Work Statement THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR THE PURPOSE OF MARKET RESEARCH. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, OR INVITATION FOR BID. The Government anticipates awarding a fixed price requirements contract with one base and four (4) option years to a certified business having the capability to provide Preventive Maintenance, Repair and Inspection Services of an existing Motorola Trunked Land Mobile Radio (LMR) System. a. The services are to be performed at different locations throughout the KMC Area, Germany. b. Firms responding to this announcement should include their company name and address, Cage Code, DUNS Number, point of contact, phone number and valid email addresses, together with a 1-page capability statement describing previous and/or current work experience in or relating to the areas in the PWS. c. In order to be considered for an award firms must be registered with updated information with the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) that maybe accessed at www.ccr.gov. d. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all necessary certified personnel, test equipment, transportation, tools, material, supervision, and other items necessary to perform troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and all operational checks and adjustments. In summary, the contractor shall perform in accordance with the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) to keep the trunking system working at an optimum level. This action falls under the NAICS code of 811213, Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance, and FSC Code J058, Maintenance and Repair of Communication Equipment. e. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal and is not considered a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in repsonse to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. g.
