- Description
- Dyess AFB, Texas, intends to make a single award for the labor to repair ductwork in 21 CASS PITS on the B-1 parking ramp and in the materials to build 21 air conditioning extensions. A detailed performance work statement will be included. The Contracting Officer anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract. The award will be made to the responsible contractor who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price. The solicitation will be available on or about 19 Aug, 2010 and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through the website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about the acquisition. You may download the solicitation to prepare your quote for submission. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about 27 Aug, 2010. The North American Industry Classification System code for this solicitation is 488190. The size standard for this NAICS code is $7.0M. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
