- This notice is for informational purposes only. This opportunity is on behalf of the National Institutes of Health, Division of Technical Resources and will be competed and awarded to one of the following General Services Administrative contractors, and as a Small Business Set Aside: • Standard Communications, Inc. - Contract No. GS06F0549Z • ISI/PSS Group Joint Venture - Contract No. GS06F0520Z • Professional Solutions1, LLC - Contract No. GS06F0547Z The scope of this requirement is for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to review individual comments to be sent to grantees, to ensure that the comments are technically appropriate, specific to the grant and applicable as per the scope of NIH funded monies. Administrative Personnel will work with the TPM to provide necessary services. The successful Contractor shall: 1. Provide a Technical Project Manager responsible for the overall management of the review of NCRR ARRA design projects 2. Provide three on site Administrative Personnel for document management 3. Provide other discrete services such as cost estimates, IT support, etc. 4. Provide on-site Construction Verification (optional) THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE AWARDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009.
