Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The National Institutes of Health intends to negotiate under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) on a sole source basis with ICF Macro to provide logistical support and maintenance of the OLPA website which includes but is not limited to the design, development, graphics, writing and editing, production, and maintenance of redesigned OLPA website. The work in progress will continue through the completion of the activity. The North American Industry Code is 541512 and the Size Standard is $7.0M. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures and is exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, Competition Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may respond with comments for consideration in any future requirement.
