- Description
- The National Marine Fisheries Service, Population Dynamics Branch, 166 Water St, Woods Hole, Massachusetts has a requirement for a vendor to - Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material to provide an Oceanographic winch to deploy and tow oceanographic equipment from various commercial fishing vessels, in accordance with the specifications in the Request for Quotations. Time of Delivery: October 15, 2010. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is 3950 and NAICS Code is 333923, small business size standard is 500 people. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS webpage www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor FIDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFQ, specification, and all subsequent amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored.
