- Description
- The FAA is interested in acquiring contractor services with demonstrated proficiency and creditable experience in working with the Federal RealProperty Council's (FRPC) requirements for federal real property inventory. The contractor must also demonstrate experience in working with multiple federal agencies successful in their real property programs and internal initiatives to satisfy FRPC/OMB deliverables. In accordance with the depth of experience detailed, the contractor will be required to maintain the Department's Asset Management Plan in accordance with FRPC/OMB requirements; maintain and update the three-year rolling timeline in accordance with FRPC/OMB requirements; develop the methodology for meeting requirements for reporting on FRPC's 25th data element; update and sustain a dashboard to monitor and analyze the FRPP performance measures associated with REMS inventory data; utilize the data from REMS to develop the real property performance metrics for tracking FAA's Flight Plan goals and ARC (Region and Center Operations) Business Plan goals; provide program management support for ALO's work on data integration with the Enterprise Service Center (ESC) and implementation of Archibus; identify other FAA applications that contain real property information and match their data to the data in REMS based on FRPC's Real Property Unique Identifier; develop a consolidated real property requirements document that consolidates all real property systems requirements across the department. The anticipated contract type for this acquisition is INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY with associated task orders. This requirement is under NAICS Code 531390 - Other Activities Related to Real Estate, with a size standard of $2M of gross annual receipts over the past 3 years. All interested sources are referred to the attached SIR. Directions regarding proposal submission can be noted within SIR Section L, INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS. If all requested information is not furnished, the offeror's response may be determined unacceptable. The date and time for receipt of proposals is 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST), September 22, 2010 (facsimile and email responses are not permitted). Any responses received after that date and time will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals for Submittals.
