- This acquisition will cover Post Helmet Pasgt, quantity 9,000 boxes (50 post per box); NSN 8470-01-144-5367. This acquisition will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. First Article Testing is required. All material is to be contractor furnished. Delivery is FOB Destination and the destinations are Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Production lead time is 205 days, which includes 100 days to submit First Article Test Samples; 30 days for the government to review the FAT samples, and 75 days for delivery at a rate of 3,000 boxes per month. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The Post Helmet Pasgt drawing number is: 81337-8-2-647. The estimated solicitation release date is 09/02/2010.
