- QUESTIONAIRE: DETERMINATION OF REPONSIBILITY QUESTIONAIRE: PAST PERFORMANCE DAVIS BACON WD STATEMENT OF WORK SF1442 / FA6675-10-R-0021 The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of a single, firm fixed-price contract for construction. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those current through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-42, Effective 16 Jun 2010 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20100623 (Amended) Edition. RESTRICTIONS: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. This acquisition will be made under NAICS code 237310-Highway, Street, and Bridge construction, with a size standard of $33,500,000. STATUS OF FUNDING. This acquisition is funded. BID SCHEDULE: Solicitation is for a contractor to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform painting of parking lot markings in accordance with government provided specifications. Attached is SF1442 Solicitation with attachments.. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: $250,000 to $500,000 DELIVERY POINT: 301 Fighter Wing, NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas 76127-1054 PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Approx 60 days from Issuance of Notice to Proceed, plus any authorized delay days. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: See Section L& M of SF1442 OTHER: Prior to award, registration in Central Contractors Registry (CCR) @ http://www.ccr.gov/ and Online REPS and CERTS (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/ must be current.
