Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial itemsprepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit only written quotes for RFQ DE-RQ75-10SW10575. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 333120 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This RFQ contains one (1) line item. The line item descriptions are as follows: CLIN 0001 Wheeled All-Terrain Tree Trimmer for Southwestern Power Administration. Requirements: - 75 Foot Telescopic Boom, with a 90-Degree Range of Motion. Constructed with non-conductive, high tensile fiberglass. - 24 Inch Saw Blade with an Operating Speed of 3,200 RPM with Saw Guard - Hydraulically powered turntable providing 360 degree range of motion and 40 degree lateral tile - 20,000 Pound Pull Winch with 150 5/8 cable - 8 Foot Hydraulically Powered Push Blade - 4 Cylinder, Turbo Charged, Air-Cooled Diesel Engine, 95+hp with 3 year unlimited and 5 year warranty - Internal wet disk brakes - Heated and Air-Conditioned Cab with Full Panel, tinted Lexan Windows - Four Wheel Drive with 66 x 4300 x 25 tires - Cab Must Meet ROPS, FOPS, OPS and operator restraint certifications per all ISO and SAE standards - Two Four-Way Joystick Controls - Fully adjustable operator seat - 1 year parts and labor warranty - Bio-Degradable Hydraulic Oil - Pop-Out Rear Cab Window - Hydrostatically Driven - Extra saw blade and filters with purchase of new machine - Extensive manual and DVD for training - In service start-up rep to provide service, operation, and maintenance training With trade in of a 1997 Jarraff at the Jonesboro, AR Maintenance Office.
