- SOW for RESILIENCY VIDEO PROJECT NOTE: This replaces W912JC-10-SS0001 - SOURCES SOUGHT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912JC-10-R-5719 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 512110 with small business size standard $29.5M. The Statement of Work, is attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation. This will be a low cost/technically acceptable award, Firm Fixed Price. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition and statement regarding any addenda to the provision. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with its offer. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See attached Statement of Work.
