- This acquisition will cover Swivel Assembly, Helmet, quantity 4,800; NSN 8475-01-099-8634. This acquisition will be issued on an unrestricted basis. First Article Testing is required. All material is to be contractor furnished. Delivery is FOB Destination and the destinations are Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Production lead time is 240 days, which includes 90 days to submit First Article Test Samples; 30 days for the government to review the FAT samples, and 120 days for delivery at a rate of 3,000 items per month. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Swivel Assembly, Helmet part number is: 735AS300-1 Cage Code 30003 (Naval Air System) PGC-34653. The estimated solicitation release date is 09/02/2010.
