- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY AND YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT AN OFFER. THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF ANY SUBMISSION TO THIS MARKET SURVEY, OR TO CONTRACT FOR SERVICES. The vessel shall serve as host/support ship for NSW/SOF. The vessel shall provide hyperbaric chamber services for emergencies and routine decompression operations, replenishment/minor maintenance support, personnel support, and transportation of the Advanced SEAL Delivery System (ASDS) by towing and/or carrying on the ship deck. The vessel will store ordinance, gasoline, and carry/operate a certified hyperbaric chamber IAW USCG requirements.
