MSC REQUESTS INFORMATION PERTAINING TO AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY, INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR CABLE SHIPS WITH A US, UK, AND/OR NATO SECURITY CLEARANCE. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE WHETHER AN OPTION ON AN EXISTING CONTRACT WILL BE EXERCISED. SPECIFICS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. LOCATION: Worldwide. 2. MISSION: The purpose of this acquisition is to provide cable ships with a US, UK and/or NATO security clearance, as appropriate, to be used for retrieval, test, repair, laying, burial or performing oceanographic surveys to support installation, maintenance or protection of cables in all ocean waters. This is a Multiple-Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with reimbursable elements (fuel and port charges). Vessel call-outs occur as needed, with an annual minimum of $2,000 per year.
