- Description
- This project consists of providing engineering, equipment, and labor to demolish the existing UPS, and external maintenance by-pass switch (MBS), provide a new UPS and MBS, and relocate into another location as specified by the Government. Work is located at Steam Plant A, Building 1411, Arnold Air Force Base Tennessee. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Performance period is 60 calendar days following Notice to Proceed. Invitation for Bid will be available on or about 2 September 2010. Bid opening date will be on or about 5 October 2010. Construction Magnitude: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Invitation for Bid (IFB) will only be available electronically at the FBO website. No hardcopies, faxes, or emails will be available. Please register as a source to be notified of IFB Amendments, Clarifications, etc. However, it is the responsibility of contractors (even those registered as a source) to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all available information.
