- W58RGZ-10-D-0231 ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Scott Hawkins, Contract specialist, email: scott.hawkins1@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX0F0329AX; NOUN: Bell Crank; NSN: 1680-01-158-9652; p/n: 70400-08101-046;Min/Max Quantity: 475/2,375 each on a firm fixed price five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 475 each 413 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 475 each year until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 475 each, 275 DACA and up to 475 each year until contract completion. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and an Engineering Testing Item (ETI). This requirement is restricted to: Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (78286); Santa Fe Manufacturing-Corp 9CAGE: 99845)& Triumph Structures-Long Island LLC (CAGE: 50YD4) because this part requires engineering source approval by the de4sign control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source (s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for the future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Aproval Request (SAMSAR.) All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. WARNING: THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC.,SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
