- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is W56LTA01170002, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-29 and Defense Acquisition Circular Number 91-11, 20081124 Edition. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). Contract financing will NOT be provided for this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. Quotations are being solicited and a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Purchase Order is anticipated. This solicitation is set-aside for small business The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311. Size Standard: 500 employees Quotes to include shipping charges (Fob destination pricing required) Description of commodity: Line item 0001: Canopy for DOCSII-4012 mfg by FPI(85 mph wind load) 16 Wide x 44 Long x 14 Center Height x 11 side wall Qty 4 each These are existing units that we need just the canopies. Price to include freight and installation to the following locations: 1-FMS-2 Selfridge ARNG Base Bldg. 1492, Selfridge, MI 2-Camp Grayling Army Airfield, Camp Grayling, MI 1-Fort Custer UTES, 2501 26th St, Augusta, MI A copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3 with Alt I, Contractor Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, must be completed and submitted with quotation. By submission of a quote, offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in CCR prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFQ.
