- The Bureau of Land Management, Fillmore, UT has a requirement for the restrooms to be cleaned and toilets to be pumped at the Little Sahara Recreation Area. This solicitation is performance based and vendors should supply a proposal as to how they propose to meet the requirements outlined in the statement of work. Vendors shall provide proof of licensed waste disposal and domestic water facilities for use on this contract. The statement of work, wage determination, and provisions are attached.
