Box 11(b) on page one (1) of the original RFQ document stated the following, "THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE." This statement was made in error and is hereby stricken from the RFQ document. RFQ AG-3604-S-10-0036 is not a small business set-aside and is solicited on a full and open competition basis.
