- The VA Medical Center at Cincinnati, OH is soliciting for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business contractors for buildout of space for an Outpatient Surgical Center, Project Number 539-321, at 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220. This solicitation will be available on or about August 31, 2010 for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Oppostunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. The due date and instructions for bid submission will be stated in the solicitation. Amendments, if any, will be made available at the above referenced internet site. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price and will have a 720-day construction period. Plans, specifications and drawings, along with details for a site vist will be included in the solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard id $33.5 million for this procurement. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business contractors. All responsible SDVOSB firms may submit a bid for consideration by the VA.
