- Solicitation, Offer and Award Continuation Sheet Block 10 The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for Replace Boilers project as indicated in drawings and specifications for project 529-08-102. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 Size Standard $31.0 million dollars with a Firm Fixed Price Contract being anticipated. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2010, at 2:00PM EST at the VA Medical Center, 325 New Castle Road, Butler PA 16001-2480 in the main auditorium in Bldg #1. All questions must be submitted in writing via fax (724)477-5026, or email paul.sims@va.gov at least 10 days prior to the proposal due date. To be eligible for award, bidders must: Be registered in vetbiz at: http://www.vetbiz.gov, be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov, complete vets 100 at http://vets100.cudenver.edu/, and complete online certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov.
