Questions and Answers 1. Is there an incumbent for this Sol? If so, what is the company name? What is the contract value and duration? A. There is no current incumbent for this job. Government estimate for award cannot be disclosed. The duration is listed in the statement of work in section five. 2. Is this a follow on requirement? If yes then who is the incumbent? A. This is not a follow on requirement. 3. Is there an incumbent? If so, who is it and what is the value of the current contract? See response to question 1. 4. Since "Chapel Hospital Coordinator" is not on the Wage Determination, what labor category should offerors use to develop a billing rate? A. The following provisions apply to this solicitation: 52.222-41 Service Contract Act of 1965, Wage Determination No: 2005-2069; Revision No: 10; Date of Revision: 7/16/2010; 52.222-42 Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires In compliance with the Service Contract Act of 1965, as amended, and the regulations of the Secretary of Labor (29 CFR Part 4), this clause identifies the classes of service employees expected to be employed under the contract and states the wages and fringe benefits payable to each if they were employed by the contracting agency subject to the provisions of 5 U.S.C. 5341 or 5332. This Statement is for Information Only: It is not a Wage Determination; 01111; GS-2 General Clerk I; $12.96 + 36.25% 5. Will award be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer?
