- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to standardization requirements, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. The Little Rock District, Corps of Engineers, intends to purchase sole souce, brand name, critical spare part for one (1) each Cutler-Hammer 150VCP-W1500-3000A, breaker, 125VDC motor and closing circuit, style 4A35392G02. To be used as a spare, the unit must be exactly like the existing ACB's in physical size, mounting/racking characteristics, continuous/interrupting current rating and voltage rating. This announcement is solely for the purpose of determining whether there are any other available sources to supply spare part as specified.
