- Project 568-09-123, Replace/Update Hospital Interior Finishes. This project consists of new wall partitions, finishes and miscellaneous work in buildings 113, 145 and 148. Work shall involve demolition, metal studs and gypsum board, hollow metal door frames, wood doors, door hardware, painting, acoustical ceiling work, modifications to fire sprinkler system, electrical work and modifications to the existing fire alarm system. Award of the project will be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must register in the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database, available at www.VetBiz.gov, to be eligible for award. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS: 236220, P&S: Z-149. This solicitation will be posted on the FederalBusinessOpportunities (FBO) website O/A August 27, 2010.
