- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIIONAL PURPOSES ONLY THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO A CERTIFIED 8(a) CONTRACTOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 8(a) OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ACT. The resulting contract will utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. This project consists of providing and installling three prefabricated concrete toilets and the associiated site work at the Kelly Kahl Campground located on the Boulder Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forest and Pawnee Natioinal Grassland. The toilet construction would, but not limited to, quality control, clearing and grubbing, removal and disposal of the existing toilet buildings, structure excavation, bedding and compaction, backfilling, site grading, aggregate trails, aggregate vehicle pull out, concrete sidewalk, seeding, and providing and installing prefabricated concrete toilets.
