- FISCN Portsmouth Annex, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate via sole source, a firm fixed-price contract utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the procurement of QUANTITATIVE ABRASIVE TESTS OF PIPING JOINTS with Electric Boat Corporation in Groton, CT. The Performance Work Statement shall be set forth within the written solicitation. DD 254, DOD Contract Security Classification Specification, requirements will apply. The solicitation, N00189-10-Q-P326, shall be posted on or about 25 August 2010 via a separate notification. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 541380 with a small business standard of $12.0M. Important notice: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies.
