- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because the agency's need is for a brand name commercial item for authorized resale (FAR 6.302-5). A J&A is not required, per FAR 6.302-5. The DB25 Class 1 reconditioned breaker shall be 480 volts AC, 600 amp breaker, with over current protection, and manually operated low voltage draw-out switchgear type. The DB25 Class 1 reconditioned breaker shall have a control voltage of 125 V DC. The DB25 Class 1 reconditioned breaker shall be a three position breaker. The DB50 Class 1 reconditioned breaker shall be 480 volts AC, 1600 amp breaker, with over current protection, and electrically operated low voltage draw-out switchgear type. The DB50 Class 1 reconditioned breaker shall have a control voltage of 125 V DC. The DB50 Class 1 reconditioned breaker shall be a three position breaker. All trip settings will be provided by the government
