- Request for quotation GEM X taclane encryptor manager with a gerneral discovery server in accordance with attached Request for Quotation (F3N0430223AC02) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the technically acceptable low offeror. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, and the following additional clauses cited therein apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6, Restrictions on Subcontractor Sales to the Government (Sep 2006), with Alternate I (Oct 1995)(41 U.S.C. 253g and 10 U.S.C. 2402). 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration (Oct. 2003)(31 U.S.C. 3332).
