- RECOVERY - (SPECIAL NOTICE) AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROJECT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The USFWS intends to make a BPA Call to Dell Marketing LP for 2-Precision T7500 computers, 4-E6400 computers and 3-Optiplex 780MT computers. This is a 100% ARRA procurement under BPA #'s L05PC90438 & L05PC90437. This special notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a 100% ARRA Project. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) project for the purchase of computers.
