Description

All Bidders MUST have "active" Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award. THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE IN ITS' ENTIRETY ON WEBSITE "FBO.GOV". Invitation for Bid (IFB / Sealed Bid) Solicitation No. RMH00100100 is issued; the Government intends to issue a FIXED PRICE AWARD. Estimated Price Range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. BID GUARANTEE (Bid Bond) IS REQUIRED AT 20% OF THE BID PRICE. REQUIREMENT: Furnish all labor, services, equipment, personnel materials, supervision, supplies, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to perform and complete the work for the Demolition of nine (9) existing Government owned buildings consisting of approximately 25,182 square feet and removal and disposal of hazardous materials as required. Buildings were originally constructed in 1953-1956 and have been vacant prior to 2009. Buildings include employee housing quarters, school building, cafeteria/dining hall, auditorium, and storage. Project site is Polacca Day School, Hopi Indian Reservation, Navajo County, Arizona 86042. Issue Date of IFB is 08-17-2010. Closing Date for Bid Opening is 09-07-2010, 2:00 PM, Phoenix, Arizona local time. Performance Period: Sixty (60) Calendar Days from "Notice to Proceed". GROUP SITE VIST is scheduled for August 27, 2010, Friday, 9:00 AM at Polacca Day School.
