- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for Crashworthy Systems License Upgrade. The Navy intends to award a sole source contract to TNO-MADYMO, North America, Inc. located at 38701 7 Mile RD, Suite 260 Livonia, MI 48152-3965 USA. They are the only source that can provide the above supplies/services and no other supplies/services will satisfy agency requirements. NAWCAD needs to update their current MADYMO software licenses. These licenses are proprietary to TNO-MADYMO. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, if there is a contractor who believes they can meet this requirement, they can submit their contractor package to the Contracting Office within 15 days of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
