- The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Charleston, SC, intends to issue a SoleSource award to TeamQuest under the authority of 10U.S.C.2304 (C) and inaccordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for TeamQuest Analyzer,Professional Services and Training to be used in conjuction with procuredTeamQuest licenses. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and FAR 13.NAICS code 511210. This synopsis is published for informational purposesonly. and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerningthisrequirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. Adetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed action basedon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
