- Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Southern Region Contracting Office West (Prov) intends to award a sole source contract to Abbott Medical Optics for maintenance services for the Government owned AMO Intralase Laser System located at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, TX. AMO has the only authorized and certified engineers to services AMO equipment. Award will be made on 20 August 2010, for one base year and two option periods. The NAICS code of this requirement is 811219 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
