- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award on a sole source basis, under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures (dollar threshold of $100,000), a firm fixed price award to Quest Analytics, LLC, 17 Park Place, Suite 300, Appleton, WI 54914 for a project titled 'Quest Analytics Maintenance' which includes Access Analysis Module (10), and Geocoder Module (1). The NAICS Code is 541511. The period of performance is 8/23/2010 to 8/22/2011. This requirement is being set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a response, which, if received timely, must be considered by the Agency. Expressions of interest and statements of capability must be emailed to Phillip.Harrell@cms.hhs.gov. Statements of capabilities must be received within 3 days from the published date of this notice.
