- Description
- The Department of Commerce, National Ocean and Atmospheric Administration Eastern Region Acquisition Division intends to issue a Request of Quotations (RFQ) for a firm, fixed price purchase order for a Millipore Water Purification System Maintenance for the Center for Coastal Environmental Health, 219 Ft. Johnson road, Charleston, SC in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13. The RFQ will be issued on or about August 18, 2010 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The RFQ number will be EA133C-10-RQ-1329; hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. The performance period will be one year with a start date on or about September 15, 2010 through September 14, 2011. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is AP65 and the NAICS Code is 238220. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS.
