- FISCN Portsmouth Annex, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate via full and open competition, a firm fixed-price contract utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation for the procurement of LEVEL 1 TRIDENT PROP SHAFT SLEEVES manufactured in accordance with MIL-C-24615A, Grade B. Specifications, drawings, testing, and data requirements shall be set forth within the written solicitation. The solicitation, N00189-10-R-P330, shall be posted on or about 01 September 2010 via a separate notification. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 331522 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Important notice: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies.
