- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements. A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to EDO / Electro-Ceramic Products, 2645 South 300 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84115-0000,for 15 EA of RS-422 Interface Board Kit, Part # 52096-2. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-10-T-0251. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
