- Notice of Award - Recovery Audit Location: VA Health Administration Center (VA HAC) 3773 Cherry Creek Drive North, Ste 450 Denver, Colorado 80209 Contract Specialist: Jan Bertapelle-Anderson Contractor:347 VARIS, A Joint Venture 9245 Sierra College Blvd Ste 150 Roseville, CA 95661 Contract Information: Number:VA741P-0048 Term:Base, plus 4 option years Type of Award:Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside Scope of Contract Performance: The scope of this contract is to perform a retrospective review of qualifying VA payments for hospital care provided by VA during fiscal years 2007 thru 2011. VA fiscal year begins each October 1st and ends each September 30th. The contractor shall complete review and establish cases for all claims within one year of receipt of the final claims payment data from the VA. The review includes collecting and analyzing the payment and medical supporting documentation for VA payments on contractor selected cases, determining overpayments or underpayments, reporting results, establishing debts, and completing follow-up actions.
