- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All sources responding to this solicitation shall submit information relating to their business status, including identification as to whether small, large, minoritiy-owned, woman-owned, or 8(a) certified. NAICS Code is 334112. Media contains Privacy Act Information. ONLY CONTRACTORS IN THE DENVER AREA SHOULD RESPOND Period of performance is (12) twelve months. The contractor shall provide tape vaulting/media management services at an off-site storage facility capable of accommodating the quantities of data storage devices required. The contractor shall provide pick up and delivery services for regular and emergency deliveries as required. The pickup, delivery and tape rotation must adhere to the requirements. Vaulting Services - Must be equipped with Security MeasuresTransportation Services - Vehicles must be secure and provide climate-controlled cargo areasMedia Management - Facility must maintain a constant tempoerature of 68-72 degrees F and humidity of 40-45 % and Air Quality controlled by Liebert air filteration systemsEmergency Delivery Services - Standard Special Delivery - 24 hour delivery during normal business hours Critical Special Delivery - 3 hour delivery service, during normal business hours Holiday Service - Holiday/weekend service Interested sources shall provide written notice including a telephone number for a Point of Contact (POC), to the acquisition office listed above within 8 calendar day from date of this solicitation. This information will be evaluated and used to determine if competitive opportunities exist. Any request for a solicitation beyond this notice will be considered non-responsive.
