- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Jackson, South Carolina intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price, sole source award for Automated Call Distribution (ACD) System server to Microlog., 401 Professional Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20879. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for commercially available items. Only one responsible source is reasonably available due to the fact that this procurement is an upgrade to an existing system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334290 and the size standard is 750 employees. All responsible sources may submit a response. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. Interested firms may identify their interest in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time 25 August 2010.
