- This acquisition has been changed from a sole source HUBZone set-aside to an Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. All references to a sole source HUBZone set-aside are deleted. Sources are Helicomb Intl, CAGE 6W159, and The Boeing Company, CAGE 77272. P/N 114S3551-1. Total qty increased to 123 each. Small Business Subcontracting Plan is required. Formal cost or pricing data may be required. Amendment issued on August 19, 2010. Closing date is August 26, 2010. PR 0025107165, NSN 1560-00-914-6265, FLOOR ASSEMBLY, RAMP. Manufacture IAW Helicomb International Inc, CAGE 6W159, P/N 114S3551-1. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation will result in a definite quantity contract with a total quantity 109 each. This is a Sole source HUBZone set-aside to Helicomb International, CAGE 6W159. 338 DARO, FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. First Article Contractor testing required. Government Fit Verification testing required. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Export Control certification required. MYLAR is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
