- Description
- The Iowa City VA Medical Center, Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, IA. intends to negotiate Sole-Source with AWG SERVICES, LLC, 1807 Stevens Dr, Iowa City, IA. 52240. This is a 100% SDVOSB Sole-Source acquisition. Contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to complete project 'Install SPD Equipment' at the VAMC Iowa City, IA. Work includes, but not limited to, installation of new panelboards and transformers, with modification of plumbing, EtO exhaust/vent systems and minor architectural renovation in the Supply Processing and Distribution (SPD) area for installation of VA provided equipment. VA provided equipment are two (2) 3M EO abators and two (2) Steris Caviwave Ultrasonic Cleaning System Sonic Cleaners. All work in the SPD shall be done after hours with specific infection control measures in place, for a period of 90 days following the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation number VA-263-10-RP-0383, NAICS 238210, size standard $13.0 million will be issued on 8/31/10. VAMC intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
